Position, they say, is everything when it comes to property and this glorious home, with sweeping views of the Coral Sea, is testament to that. Our clients came to us with sketch plans of a major renovation/extension of the existing house, which didn’t quite fit their dream, so we set about adjusting and tweaking the plans until we arrived at the optimum design solution. All fixtures, fittings and finishes were designed/selected, along with a comprehensive and ambitious lighting plan, a new fireplace, soft furnishings and full designs for all cabinetry, including the fabulous kitchen, walk-in-pantry, study/library and audio-visual units. The result is nothing short of amazing, with our clients clearly delighted and very happy in their new surroundings. We are thrilled for them.
