Nirvana

Everyone has heard of position, position, position being the three most important elements when deciding on a new home to buy.  Our clients found the very perfect spot for their family, but the 25+ year-old house just didn’t work, both functionally and aesthetically. 

With virtually a blank canvas, we redesigned the whole house from the inside.  There is not one room or wall that hasn’t been moved, removed or clad to create the kind of welcoming, warm and luxurious home that is deserving of its amazing position.  New rooms were created including a scullery,  library/media room, a wine cellar, bunk room and a lift was installed. 

The exterior was redesigned with expansive decking, stepping down to the water’s edge,  a remodelled swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, dry bar, newly laid gardens and a fire pit with circular lounge seating to soak up the evening sun. The result bears no resemblance to its original layout and style. The clients are beyond happy with their new, stunning home.
