An empty space in one of Australia’s most beautiful locations was filled by Di Henshall Interior Design with personality and a little bit of luxe for the owners, who thoroughly enjoy the best things in life, including spending wonderful moments with their extended family and friends in this amazing home.

The walls of the media room are cloaked in three-dimensional padded suede, as are the walls of the adjoining study. The light-filled living room has a custom-made pure wool and silk hand-knotted rug found in New York City by Di during a recent visit. The delicate palette of soft colours resist the temptation to compete with the awe-inspiring views that surround the home.

Every piece of cabinetry and timber furniture was designed and custom-made to Di’s exacting detail, with the result a triumph of harmonious elements that are essential for a luxurious, warm and calming environment. Truly a beautiful project.
