Our brief for this outdated loft apartment nestled on the beautiful Noosa beach foreshore was to create a fresh interior with durable luxe finishes, fixtures and furnishings to withstand renters.

Nothing was left untouched, a fully redesigned kitchen with more storage space,  breakfast bar and playful puzzle design splash back tiles makes this the central hub. Clever design has made this otherwise small apartment have a sense of space, while the use of strip lighting throughout creates a sense of calm. The outdated loft ladder was transformed from a clumsy, steep ascent to a more usable modern version, black stringers have been used to offset the timber treads, again strip lighting has been used here as a feature. The totally renovated bathroom is now modern, sleek and low-maintenance. Carefully selected furnishings, artwork, custom TV unit and the inclusion of colours of the ocean throughout make this a welcoming holiday retreat.
