When you think of Madill, the word ‘cars’ comes to mind, but not for Di Henshall! Style, space, practicality, client and staff comfort and colour are at the forefront of her thought. All of the above have been carefully taken into consideration while totally remodelling this expansive showroom. The greatest challenge was keeping within the strict Toyota guidelines to use specifications such as colour and finishes. This has most certainly been done and with a few cheeky additions that give this showroom it’s unique homage to family history and the value of customer service.

The customer waiting lounge is now somewhere clients can relax, have a coffee, watch TV or read the paper, they can even enjoy the morning sun on outdoor purpose built banquette seating. Staff love the light and airy feel that has been bought into this very large area, their work stations were custom-made to suit their very busy workload, yet still remaining streamlined and beautiful.

The whole concept was to create a warm, welcoming, all-embracing guest experience for this incredibly busy Toyota dealership.
