A guest bedroom with the Pow Factor. Overlooking the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and Botany Bay beyond, the room demanded attention. With bold black and white flocked wallpaper and a padded black silk damask headboard, coupled with Art Deco style bedside tables and crystal lamps, the room has definitely achieved its own status.
A stylish, urban kitchen with views right across Sydney’s CBD – a dream kitchen for its chef owner. Six-metre-high ceilings with low level windows overlooking Sydney’s CBD cried out for a softening effect, which was achieved by using slubbed silk wallpaper and a dramatic Phillipp Treacy inspired silver gilded mirror. Bold black and white striped velvet upholstered to two original 1940′s armchairs. The study was lined with brush box and silver ash veneer shelving, with concealed doors and lighting. The true surprise is a fold away queen size bed with mirrored back hidden behind the wall panelling.
